Previous experience in flexographic printing is REQUIRED.
Essential Job Functions Build job mechanicals per job specs in Adobe Illustrator.
Create files for Flexographic Printing.
Interpret job information as directed by the Customer Service Dept.
Troubleshoot problems and resolve production challenges.
Organize digital files in a consistent manner on the file server.
Check, verify, and sight proof completed work for errors to ensure compliance with job specifications.
Detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Education / Experience / Training 2
years experience in production art for a commercial flexographic printing company is required.
Proficiency in current software applications:
Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of standard printing procedures and software specifically for the flexographic environment is a plus.
