Candidates will be trained in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to:
Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management and Security.
The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with sales assistance.
Meet customer needs and assist with purchases.
Demonstrate knowledge of store policies and procedures.
Follow sales techniques and adhere to time limits.
Answer questions and help guide shoppers toward merchandise.
Provide accurate change and speak courteously to customers.
Inform customers of special promotions and sales.
Answer questions about products, product availability, sales, or other store information.
Examine products for damage or price changes.
Verify prices and quantities on shelf tags.
Ensure that the cash registers are totaling correctly.
Have good attention to detail.
Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
