Sadly, office manager of 17 years is retiring ,so we are seeking our next long term office manager.
We are a family oriented practice with a lot of potential for growth.
Dental Office Manager Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience.
Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
Must be proficient in Dentrix Spanish speaking a plus Responsibilities o You will take charge of all admin responsibilities for front-office employees, including reception and dental assisting specialists o To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams o Guaranteeing office productivity, developing and managing all internal office procedures and practices o Maintaining the dental clinic's cash control, staff schedules, general ledger, and billing system o Delivering direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding client service o Coordinating the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency o Responding to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner Benefits o Competitive pay o Employee discount o Paid time off o Monday to Thursday o Bonus pay 401(k) Match Job Type:
