05 an hour Provides resource and scheduling support for regular and per diem warehouse staff.
Works closely with department Supervisor to ensure employee productivity expectations are met.
Provides assistance with staff training, and coaching opportunities.
Assist in the creation and execution of staff work schedules to ensure schedule meets census demand in an effective and efficient manner.
Is aware of the movement of supplies and makes adjustments and or recommendations to achieve targeted stocking and par level expectations.
Responds to customer inquiries through research and makes necessary corrections.
Monitors daily departmental reports and patient charges.
Supports a positive, courteous, customer services-oriented and team focused environment.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well organized warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.
California Driver License with an acceptable driving record required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Supply Chain experience required with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of distribution functions, inventory control.
Knowledge of medical supplies/equipment.
Computer keyboard and 10-key proficient and computerized inventory practices and programs POSITION DETAILS:
Full time, 80 hours per pay period.
Shift varies.
Lead position could include coverage for day, night and weekend shifts.
PAY RANGE:
$20.
60-$30.
05 LOCATION:
Madera, CA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
