Madera, CA Madera, CA $85,000 - $100,000 a year $85,000 - $100,000 a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor based out of our Madera, CA facility, a corrugated box plant a part of GP's Packaging Division.
In this role, you will work directly with the customer service representatives, area manager, and our internal sales and operations groups to maintain an uninterrupted order flow to the customer.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your excellent communication skills and data entry skills to coordinate activities across multiple customers.
Demonstrating a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, and handling multiple competing priorities are key components to success in this role.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and engages with customers to deliver a best-in-class customer.
This role is onsite with flexibility at our Madera, CA facility, working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

We are looking for someone to join our team that takes pride in their work and can handle a fast-paced working environment! What You Will Do Lead a team of up to 12 customer service team members Facilitate phone, email, and chat service requests from our customer base Resolve complex requests from customers Monitor the daily workload of team members and adjusts to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed Identify system and process workflow improvements to enhance the team members' experience Assist area customer service manager with scheduling needs Attend production meetings to keep up to date at the plant level May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer Manage execution by assisting with developing SME support groups and coordinating the work of others on those support teams Be a knowledge resource for the other team members Coach and develop team members Provide training to increase the knowledge skill set of our team Complete special project requests to improve profitability for the area plants Build relationships through working closely with sales, national accounts, and operations on special projects Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 2 or more years of supervisory experience 2 or more years of manufacturing customer service experience Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
) Ability to travel 20% of the time What Will Put You Ahead Corrugated industry experience KIWI ERP system experience Experience with data management systems/process flow Associates degree or higher At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000-$100,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
