We are looking for a friendly individual to help manage a self-storage facility in Madera, CA Must live locally Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am-6 pm Must have a flexible weekday schedule in case the weekday manager needs coverage Duties and abilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer service! Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments Balancing cash drawer at the close of business Renting storage units and selling storage supplies Phone communication, handling incoming calls, and making collection calls Operating commonplace office equipment (i.
e.
, fax, copy machine, computer, scanner) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Be able to stand, walk, and sit, for extended periods Be able to lift 40lbs.
