The ideal candidate should be detail and task-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask while being a team player.
The Project Assistant is responsible for organized, timely, and accurate project administrative tasks including but not limited to; invoicing, collections, certified payroll, maintain purchase order system, ordering office supplies and supporting the project managers with project related administrative tasks.

Prior experience maintaining accuracy along with some QuickBooks experience, will make the candidate the best fit.

Key
Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer Invoices.
Processing Certified Payroll as required.
Communicate with customers to collect payment information via phone and email.
Accurate and timely processing of employee time records Process and maintain internal Purchase Order System Assist management with all functions of daily operations, including screening calls, processing expense reports, preparation of change orders, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings.
Collect, process and file project documentation, Work Orders, Certified Payroll forms, Certificates of Insurance etc.
Support the Project Mangers as needed, for example making customer calls to confirm account or job details, helping to keep our internal Project Management system accurate and up to date.
Work collaboratively and coordinate with peers to deliver effective office operations.
Ensure office supply and product inventory are maintained.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed by this position.

Qualifications:
Professional, proactive, self-starter, and organized.
Prior experience in an office support role (1-3 years).
Intermediate Quick Books, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
computer skills in MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Construction industry experience is highly desired.
However, we are willing to train for the right candidate.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication & customer service skills Strong attention to detail and follow-up Organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task effectively Desire to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
