00 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago As a Desktop Support Analyst I, you will be accountable for troubleshooting, support, and creation of documentation in all aspects of desktop and mobile computing environments.
This includes but is not limited to computer maintenance, desktop and network troubleshooting, printers, operating systems (Windows, OSX, iOS and Android), all standard and specialized software used within the environment.
Participates in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of workstations, printers, mobile devices, IP communication devices and related software applications.
Assists in the refresh of hardware and software ensuring the asset life cycle management strategy is being adhered to.
Provides user support and training in aspects of desktop and network usage throughout the hospital, serving as a resource to staff.
Ensures incident and service request ticket status and resolution is properly documented, and service level agreements are being met.
Ensures the inventory management software is maintained and kept current.
This position requires coordination with other I.
T.
departments and vendors to resolve technical problems with the desktop computing equipment and software.
This position will provide field level troubleshooting support for the organization with direct interaction with the customer.
After hours on-call may be required REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma or G.
E.
D.
, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Industry certification- for example CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.
within four months of hire or transfer into position preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in the field or a related area required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include strong customer support skills.
Experience with various versions of Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access.
Experience with email systems and their basic functionality is a plus, and hands-on experience with installation and use of peripheral devices (i.
e.
Scanners, Printers, etc.
) preferred.
Knowledge of system tools such as Active Directory and DHCP, as well as desktop, mobile and server operating systems.
POSITION DETAILS:
Full time, 80 hours per pay period.
PAY RANGE:
$24.
90-$38.
00 LOCATION:
Madera, CA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
