No remote work allowed, this is an in office position.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required.
Spanish speakers are a plus.
Must pass a drug screen and have a driver's license.
Our office is located in Madera, CA.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:
30am - 5:
00pm Eligible for holiday and vacation pay after 1 year.

Responsibilities:
Answering light phone calls Create, organize, and maintain files General office procedures (Typing, Filing, Scanning, and Copying) Communicate with construction foreman to update schedule Review time cards and fix employee errors Certified Payroll Reports Review job reports and update material usage sheet Prepare purchase orders and send to vendors Monitor employee electronic log books Requirements:
Must be comfortable with working on a computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) Must be a proficient reader and writer Must be self-motivated Have a positive attitude Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
