6 Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Performs a variety of standard and specialty pediatric and obstetric diagnostic sonographic procedures with accuracy, producing quality studies under a variety of conditions with little supervision.
Assists in the identification and resolution of work process issues within the department.
Applies the profession's code of ethics in all aspects of practice.
Maintains knowledge of, observes, and enforces the safety measures in Environment of Care.
REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a High School Diploma/GED AND a graduate from a formal program in Ultrasonography that meets the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) qualifications or trained through a Radiologic Technology Program OR a College Degree - 2 year in Medical Sonography (or related field) i.

successful completion in:
ARRT Sonography Board in addition to ARDMS Certification in SPI.
BLS Basic Life Support is required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position.
ARDMS - American Reg of Diag Med Sonog certification in at least one of the following specialties:
Abdomen (AB) Pediatric Sonography (PS) Obstetrics/Gynecology (OBGYN) Breast (BR) Vascular Technology (VT) Nuchal Translucency (NT) or Musculoskeletal (MSKS) Minimum six (6) months Diagnostic Medical Sonography (includes clinical rotation during formal training) required.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Bilingual skills preferred POSTION DETAILS:
Part-time, 40 hours per pay period.
Varied shifts.
PAY RANGE:
$36.
80 - $57.
