Speech-Language Pathologist Vacancy
We're hiring school-based SLPs!
To qualify for this position, applicants must:
Hold a Speech license in applicable state
Have their ASHA CCC's
Have a master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
Preferably, have some experience in pediatrics or schools
Responsibilities:
Proficiency in identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating SLP therapy treatment for elementary, middle, and highschool-aged children with cognitive communication disorders, speech and/or language impairments or delays
Ability to treat speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders in school-aged children
Facilitate goals and objectives according to each child's educational plan
Provide counseling to parents, students, and teachers regarding speech and/or language disorders
Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
Maintain accurate records
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
Perform other SLP duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours, and project a professional image at all times
Adhere to productivity requirements, complete productivity reports, and submit them in a timely manner
